> Rosemary, thyme and sage for meat and vegetables.

- Time: 15 min + 1 day
- Makes: 1 jar · 200 g
- Hot · Caffeine-free · Level: Easy

## Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh rosemary, thyme and sage leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 g coarse salt
- 1 lime zest

## Method

1. Chop the herbs and garlic with half the salt into a damp paste.
2. Mix in the rest of the salt and the zest.
3. Spread on a tray and air-dry 24 h, or 1 h at 60 °C. Store in a jar.

Tip: The salt dries the herbs and keeps the aroma for months. A great gift.
